Dear [CLIENT NAME],
Thank you for reaching out regarding the email you received. I'm here to provide you with an explanation.
The email you received with the subject "Warning: --- emails have just been sent by your username" is an automated notification sent by our system when an account on your hosting has sent a significant number of emails within a short period. This notification is intended to help monitor and manage email usage.
Upon further investigation, it appears that the WordPress installation on your account might be sending emails, which triggered this notification. It's not uncommon for WordPress to send emails for various reasons, such as user registrations, password resets, and notifications.
You can also check what emails are being sent and to whom from your control panel -> "E-Mail Accounts" -> "E-Mail Usage" page.
If you find that the emails sent by WordPress are not necessary or are causing concerns, you can manage this by using a WordPress plugin called "Stop Emails." This plugin allows you to disable all emails generated by WordPress. You can find the plugin on the WordPress plugin repository at the following link: https://wordpress.org/plugins/stop-emails/.
